Job Summary

Skills & Experience: At least 6+ Years of experience working as tester with at least 5 years as a QA Lead and minimum 6 years of experience. Should have 4+ yrs. of experience in writing and executing Selenium test scripts in Java, JavaScript (Ruby, Python or other scripting languages is a PLUS). Should have hands-on experience with developing and maintaining Automation frameworks (e.g. POM, Keyword, Hybrid, etc.) Should possess working experience in an Agile development environment (preferably Scrum). Must have a core understating of testing APIs using tools like SOAP UI, Postman (Automation not necessary but a PLUS). Must be comfortable with writing SQL Queries and parameterizing Queries to support Should be able to work on Windows & Linux Operating system. Core Understanding of OOP programming concepts including but not limited to threading, exception handling, loops, etc. Should have experience in creating training documentation & related collateral (FAQs, User Guide, Reports, etc.) Proficient in different types of Testing like Integration, Regression, Sanity, load and User Acceptance testing etc. Exposure to the breadth of automation and QA landscape and popular tools and frameworks including open-source tools/frameworks. Assure cross-browser uniformity of the application. Perform unit, integration, system and acceptance testing. Test new features in incremental cycles and document workflows. Should have excellent written and verbal Communication Skills & work independently & lead a team with a high level of quality. Must be a team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment. Experience in handling the projects from scratch setting up the platform, implementation etc. Responsibilities: Experience in test case design, creation, execution, issue management and effort estimations Sound knowledge of automation testing tools / frameworks such as like Selenium, QTP, POM, Keyword, Hybrid etc. Experience in Regression, Smoke, Functional, Stability and load testing. Perform rick analysis, mitigate the risks and mentor the team members. Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes to discover bugs within software. Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing. Identify any potential problems that users might encounter. Research and analyse product features being tested. Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes. Designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.) Ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost effective. Ultimately, you should monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.
