Customer Relationship Manager Job in 1stkeys

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing services to Customers after sales.
• Owing and optimizing delivery of service solutions to clients, resolution and client advocacy.
• Managing client portfolios, understanding competitive environment, anticipating & identifying opportunities and closely working with sales team to enhance team profitability.
• Follow up with Developer for the Booking Confirmations
• Follow up with the Sales Department for any kind of pendency in Clients Documents.
• Maintaining the Credit Notes & Payment Acknowledgement Data from Developers.
• Timely response to the customer quires through written communication over the E-mails.
• Preparing MIS -Weekly / Monthly basis.
• Drafting, vetting and negotiations of legal agreements, documents, deeds, leases, land related documentation, etc. pertaining to the real estate Industry.

Skills & specifications

• Graduate.
• Experience in Real Estate industry is must.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Ability to understand requirements of Prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch Property solutions to Prospects.
• High levels of passion and ownership.
