Key Responsibilities: Data Management: Update and maintain accurate candidate and job-related information in Zoho Recruit, ensuring data integrity and completeness. Recruitment Coordination: Execute recruitment campaigns, particularly the "Have Dreams, Join Us Now!" (HDJM) initiative, by sending out invitations to potential candidates and coordinating their attendance. Candidate Engagement: Contact candidates through calls, emails, and other communication channels, providing them with necessary details about HDJM and addressing any queries they may have. Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including recruitment, HR, and operations, to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Sourcing and Screening: Assist in candidate sourcing by identifying suitable profiles from various channels and conducting initial screenings through HDJM. Client Coordination: Interact with clients to understand their specific requirements and coordinate candidate interviews and selections as needed. Data Reconciliation: Regularly verify and reconcile data between Zoho Recruit and other relevant systems to ensure accuracy. Documentation: Maintain well-organized and up-to-date records of all recruitment-related activities, communications, and interactions. Reporting: Prepare and share recruitment status reports, candidate feedback, and other relevant metrics with the team and management. Requirements A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proven experience in data management, recruitment coordination, or a similar role. Familiarity with Zoho Recruit or other applicant tracking systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage data accurately and ensure smooth processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective candidate engagement and internal coordination. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, especially in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools. A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team and across departments. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and an understanding of the sourcing and screening process.
