JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for end-to-end hiring, screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating, and follow-through until the candidate joins. Understand the Talent Pool available and identify the key motivators for them to join an organization. Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition for required competencies, skills, and knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager Identify and implement sourcing strategies based on the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources Know networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire, and ensure we attract the best professionals. Understand the industry and environment the business operates in Build a strong talent pipeline. Requirements Minimum 0.6 -2 years of relevant experience as a Career Counseling, Sales recruiter, or International Job Migration Good interpersonal & analytical skills. Good spoken and written communication skills. 10+2/Graduates/Post Graduates can apply Target Driven Attitude Multitasking.
