Job Summary

Prerequisites:


1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lead the hiring team, be a talent advisor, and determine sourcing strategies to find the right talent.

2. Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from the requisition stage to the on-boarding of candidates.

3. Well-versed in handling recruitment operational activities.

4. Design job descriptions and interview checklists that reflect each job role.

5. Maintain positive relationships, and effectively support the core team/directors to manage multiple hiring expectations against tight deadlines.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as the employer branding and digital marketing team.

7. Keep a track record of all recruitment metrics, recognize bottlenecks, and amend them timely and with your expertise.

8. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs of each department.

9. Keep abreast of the industry trends and implement fair practices under the guidance of the management.


You fit the bill if you have:


- At least 3 - 5 years of hiring experience for creative design, technology, servicing, and digital marketing roles.

- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

- Prior experience of hiring across geographies would be preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to gauge an individual s potential.

- Hold a high degree of self-motivation, integrity, tenacity, and professional ethics.

- Lead, motivate, and support staff and strategically work on hiring goals to increase productivity.

- Adopt a proactive approach towards complex tasks and overall delivery.

- Proficient in using excel, social media, and professional networking sites.
