  • Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
  • Address client & support team s queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Present social media strategies to clients in monthly calendars
  • Analyze digital campaigns success
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
  • Client Management including hunting, pitching, proposals as well as Account Management.
  • Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings
  • Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio
  • Work jointly with the internal teams to drive campaign strategy & development
  • Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue
  • Research & keep current on emerging online trends and best practices within the digital marketing industry
  • Ability to handle rough situations with clients, managing client expectations, good written and verbal skills are definitely important.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing clients from Ad agency
  • Great communication, presentation skills, and client servicing skills
  • Experience in dealing with a website, app development & digital media publishers
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proactive and a self-starter
  • Strategic thinker with hand-on experience
  • Passionate, ability to multitask, comfortable with a slightly unstructured working environment that usually happens in an Advertisement agency
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
