Role Summary:
We are seeking experienced and self-driven Area Sales Managers to lead revenue growth efforts across India from a remote work setup. This is a high-impact, target-driven role ideal for professionals with a strong background in Teleradiology or healthcare equipment sales, and established networks in diagnostics and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth within assigned geographic areas, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the healthcare and diagnostic sector.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads through engaging presentations and persuasive negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales initiatives and regional goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs to drive continuous performance improvements.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Partner with the marketing team to design targeted promotional campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads through networking, events, and market outreach.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate deals that provide win-win outcomes for both the company and clients.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and compliance in all client interactions.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Experience in the healthcare domain (radiology, diagnostics, or medical equipment).
- Preferred: Prior experience in Teleradiology sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- 5+ years in a business development or sales leadership role.
- Strong connections in the hospital and diagnostic sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in English and familiarity with local languages is a plus.
- Strong market insight and customer-centric approach.
