- 5+ years of working with cross-functional teams
- 3+ years working as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role
- Detailed knowledge & experience of the SDLC
- Certified Scrum Master or other Agile project management Certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
- Detailed knowledge & experience of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies
- Possess solid interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively organize and communicate with cross-functional and global teams
- Experience with Project Management tools, Asana, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint
