Job Summary
  • Should have a minimum of 2-5 Years of Workday Integration development and support experience
  • Experience in gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing solutions according to customer requirements
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
  • Should have good experience with advanced reports, matrix reports, and complex calculated fields
  • Proven experience with EIB, XSLT 2.0 and 3.0, CCW, CCB, and DTs.
  • Should have strong knowledge and experience in complex studio integrations, Workday Webservices (SOAP APIs), and REST APIs.
  • Understanding of HCM functional modules - Core HR, Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll, etc.
  • Should have knowledge of Business Process Configuration
  • Should have knowledge of security configurations
  • Should be able to create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs
  • Should have hands-on experience with PICOF and PECI
  • Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
