Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients to introduce HR consultancy services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs.

Develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies to maximize revenue.

Collaborate with the HR team to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.

Achieve and exceed client acquisition targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Provide regular reports on client acquisition performance, market trends, and feedback.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of client acquisition processes.

Minimum qualification requirement

Required - sales skill with 1+ years experience

Preferred - Bachelor's or higher education

Preferred - Located in Mumbai

Preferred - Good command over English,Hindi,Telugu

0 to 3 Years
