It has been featured in the 20 most influential outsourcing firms in the U.S. and overseas, according to the "Information week".Job Location: Hyderabad, Pune Delivery Manager - Mainframes Number of years experience: 8 to 12 years Requirement: Must have worked in mainframe based technology as a programmer, project lead Hands on technical experience on the Good knowledge of COBOL, VSAM, JCL, DB2 and CICS Hands on experience in IBM Mainframe Technology In last 4 years, at-least 2 years must have managed multiple project with at-least 50 member team Nice to have 3-4 years of credit card industry experience. Preferably recent experience. Must have experience in banking or financial services Preferably have been a long term player and must not have any constraints to work in the location Good communication / leadership skill Excellent Client Facing skills Ability to mentor younger team members and review their codesGood Communication, Interpersonal and Analytical Skills are naturally also a pre-requisite.
