I am searching for a number of Process Consultants for one of the top 5 Indian IT Consulting companies.My client is one of the top 5 Indian IT Consulting companies and has a strong global presence and operations. They have been rated as one of the top 10 employers in India by a recent Hewitt survey.They would like to hire several Process Consultants who would be willing to work in Mumbai.The detailed specs are as under: Over experience required is 8+ years. Industry / functional domain experience in manufacturing , Process , Retail or Service Industry Minimum 2-3 years experience in consulting mainly with respect to Business Process Reengineering, ERP/CRM consulting , Business strategy consulting, Balance Scorecard Sound knowledge of IT landscape and fundamentals of Technology Experience of working with process modeling tools PREFERRED BUT NOT MANDATORY qualifications being BE, BTech, M Tech, MCA, MSc (CS).(its sometimes a problem getting visas for those with qualifications other than these). Current Employer Company size preferably should be at least a 100(+) people Good Communication skills Top 10 IT company experience would be preferable (but not mandatory).
