Landscape architects undertake projects that seek to enhance the natural beauty of a space and provide environmental benefits. We are looking for architects with existing contacts in the industry and who can lead by kickstarting the division in our company.
Job Responsibilities
Specific Responsibilities will include:
Responsible for Conceptualizing, Planning, designing of landscape master plan and details.
Prepare landscape plan including details related to tree plantation, soft cape and hardscape, elements, lighting, street furniture, signage, traffic movement, parking etc
Prepare complete set of GFC drawings including plan section and relevant details for execution of work.
Enhance progress of site by ensuring smooth flow of drawings. Review the quality at site.
Provide assistance in execution and monitoring of landscape projects including preparation of tender documents.
Review costs and evaluate options.
Prepare civil lineout plans, lighting layout and work out details of individual areas.
Provides regular project status updates.
Job Qualifications
Extensive experience in early design phases such as concept design, schematic design and also a good grip on design development and working drawing stages Strong conceptual, graphic and design skill On-site observation experience.
Minimum of 5 Years of experience in handling large scale infrastructure projects.
Experience in reading and understanding AutoCADD drawings.
Strong Leadership Skills
Knowledge in construction planning and coordination.
