Job Summary
Candidate should have expertise in raising funds from Venture Capital & Private Equity domain. Exposure to process of various rounds of raising capital by VC & PE. Should be able to conduct meetings, projections, proposals etc. in related field of IT and SAAS business model. Knowledge of fund raising through Equity Dilution required. Should be capable of handling complete process of fund raising. Experience in field of fund raising for start up business will be added advantage.
