Job Summary
Candidate will be responsible to review, draft & scrutinise legal documents, title clearance etc. Up-to-date knowledge of legal compliance is a must. Candidate should be able to provide corporate legal advice. A Bachelors degree or a higher degree in law with minimum of 5 years experience in corporate law compliance. Experience in dealing with Government departments will be an added advantage.
