Candidate should be able to direct the organisation s sales team, set sales goals and develop training programs for the team. Well versed with direct sales techniques, and B2B marketing sales visits. Bachelor s or a higher degree is mandatory. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position. Experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
