As a mine surveyor, we expect you to: Have a background and understanding of survey work conducted in mining sites. Have a Certification of DGMS Certified Mine Surveyor. (Metal Unrestricted/Metal Restricted/Coal Unrestricted/Coal Restricted/Coal Unrestricted.) Draft maps, drawings and create a database of survey data including development layouts, and miscellaneous layouts Be proficient in Volume Computation and Volume Reconciliation Exercise. Have working knowledge of AutoCAD Map3D, AutoCAD Civil3D, Google Earth. Skilled in MS Office, Google Docs Have effective communication skills be open to travelling to different mining locations to carry out survey operation and data processing work. Effectively communicate plans, providing appropriate instructions to designated team. Be a team player and work with an enthusiastic, young & dynamic team. You are awesome if you have: Worked on drone datasets (2D & 3D) Knowledge of GIS Software - Global Mapper, QGIS, ArcGIS Worked on Surpac, Minex, Liscad, Riscan Worked on Pix4D, Context Capture, Cloud Compare Desired Skills: Drawing & Drafting, Map Preparation Georeferencing, Khasra Digitization Mine Surveys Project management Place of work Selected candidates will be primarily based on site, with an option to move to Bengaluru or explore WFH opportunities. The job will require travel in the form of site or client visits
