To strengthen our Global Automation & Technology team, we are looking for an Automation Specialist with design thinking skills and experience in working with relevant frameworks and technologies. Your responsibilities

• As Automaton Specialist, you will become a part of Scrum Team which is constantly delivering value to its clients throughout Business Process Automation. The Scrum team has 4 key pillars; Simplification, Automation, Analytics and Business Continuity. Therefore, you are expected to bring multiple skillset to team and operate depending on the team/project needs like analyzing business processes, designing solutions, developing and maintaining, controlling and further improving and so on. Couple of bullet points regarding tasks;
• Identifying new process opportunities, assessing automation feasibility, simplifying the processes, designing process automation solutions in accordance with standard design principles
• Supporting and preparing Process Definition Document and Solution Design Document as per project
• Developing automation solution by leveraging VBA, Winshuttle, Blue Prism (Or similar), .Net and other automation technologies
• Achieving the committed time and project deliverables, identifying and raising any impediments
• Bringing expertise to advance and enhance current automation solutions based on analytics and change request and discovering new tools, technologies to way forward Intelligent Automation, ability to create dashboards (preferable in PowerBI)
• Performing system integration and supporting UAT testing as well as user onboarding/training (supporting business users to understand RPA and to get the buy-in)
• Working in an Agile Development team and iteratively extending entire automation ecosystem as well as supporting business continuity

Your background

• 3+ years of professional experience in IT development or analytical business services and at least 2+ years of programming experience in VBA, .Net or relevant to automation
• University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in IT or relevant experience
• Experience/ability to RPA tools (Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.) and process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen etc.
• Experience in working with Application Servers, Multilayer Infrastructures Windows Server, Virtual Desktop, etc. and knowledge of database design and development (e.g. SQL)
• Experience in working with frameworks or methodologies like Agile Scrum, Waterfall and working in a multi-cultural organizations with virtual teams
• Fast learning and analytical thinking, design thinking and problem solving skills and understanding of business processes (Finance, Procurement, HR) with ability to design hybrid automation solution
• Fluent in English
