The Power Grids business delivers products, systems, service and software solutions as part of its comprehensive power & automation offering for the grid across the power value chain - serving utility, industry, transportation and infrastructure customers.
You as a Quality & Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager will be part of common services team based out in Bangalore and will be responsible for implementing Lean process excellence and standardization initiatives with directives from global process owner.

Your responsibilities

• Lead Reporting and Performance Management metrics implementation for all function (manual and automated load)
• Depth understanding of functional domain, KPI, SLI, SLA & Business level metrics
• Understanding of service-now capability and usability of sameExperience in driving metric standardization & Automation.
• Hands on experience in extracting Metric from different data or Core system, data source, Metric calculations.
• Hands on experience in analyzing Metric, creating business case and driving improvement project with effective project management skills.
• Liaisons with third party or internal team for Metric automation.
• Support building a strong governance around Reporting and Performance Management in all function
• Analytical capability to drive data to insight and identify value drives for functions.
• Lead globally several virtual calls with different stakeholders. Main task is to communicate the project progress, engage stakeholders and support all function delivering its goals related to Reporting and Performance Management.
• People management including coaching and ensuring that project management approach is ensured.
• Identifying together with functions/other stakeholders within ABB new opportunities to automate processes to increate cycle time, quality and customer experience
