You will be working as a Lean Finance Champion in ABB's Global Business Service Center. You will be responsible for implementing LEAN management system in the GBS organization, ensuring teams develop LEAN capabilities and creating platform for collaboration across GBS, Business and Corporate and identifying improvement opportunities for operations.

Your responsibilities

• Delivering of the LEAN Management System trainings and workshops.
• Assisting teams to identify new opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensuring the local teams incorporate LEAN management into their daily work.
• Defining and coordinating activities and resources and executing the assigned projects in accordance with targets of schedule, quality and business satisfaction.
• Managing stakeholders expectations and facilitating communication amongst them.
• Living ABBs core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

• Bachelor's or masters degree in finance or equivalent.
• Proven experience working in Lean Finance projects.
• Excellent active listening skills combined with a pro-activeness and ability to structure objectives into actions.
• Good problem-solving skills and proactively deals with issues as they arise.
• Demonstrates determination and persistence with a high level of motivation.
• Fluent in English and other languages a plus.
