Field Service Engineer Job in Abb

Your responsibilities Providing technical support to Service Engineer, ASP as well as customer Customer interaction and co-ordination with customer i.e Indian Railway Official and OEM Consolidation of quality issues data and sharing to another stake holder and define action plan to implementation in field Hardware/software issues data re-consolidation Leading and supporting troubleshooting activities on installed base Handling service team. Responsible to closing customer complaints timely Your background Bachelors or master s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering OR E&E (Electrical Engineering) Minimum 10 years of experience in 3 phase electric locomotives products and team leading capability. Good understanding of electrical Schematic, logic and controls Demonstrable expertise in troubleshooting of rolling stock equipment, fault finding analysis in terms of drive train Expertise in Troubleshooting of IGBT based Propulsion system as well as Auxiliary, Battery charger and Propulsion of EMU and metros Good understanding of electrical installations in rail vehicles. A Well-structured approach to problem solving and ability to learn fast Ability to work effectively in close collaboration with multidisciplinary team s internal stake holder Good communication skills in English, Hindi both written and spoken, other languages are an advantage
