Information Security Senior Specialist Job in Abb

We are looking for candidates for the position of a Specialist for Information Security Policies and Standards to take the lead for maintaining policies and standards comprising the core of ABB Information Security Management System (ISMS). You will be part of Corporate Information Security function and report functionally to Information Security Policies and Standards Head.

Your responsibilities

• Leading the review of security policies and standards.
• Managing the Information Security Document Lifecycle Process.
• Managing the approval process with the respective governance bodies.
• Roll-out new and revised documents within the ISMS.
• Supporting communication, awareness, and training activities around the ISMS.
• Leading the compliance process against security policies and standards.
• Acting as point of contact for security advisory related to ISMS documents.
• Supporting internal and external audits conducted against ISMS.
• Ensuring the high quality of policies and standards.
• Evaluating the policies and standards against defined maturity model.
• Overseeing activities including metrics.

Your background

• At least 5 years of experience in Information Security including at least 2 years of experience in Information Security Management Systems / creation of policies, standards, processes, etc.
• Experience in writing and revising formal documents.
• Knowledge of one or more relevant standards in the ISMS area (ISO, NIST, ISF, ITIL, COBIT, ).
• Experience in document management processes and solutions.
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
• Experience in work with Microsoft SharePoint on PowerUser level is a plus.
• Security and/or auditor certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GSEC, or similar) are desirable.
• Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills.
• Successful in stakeholder management including c-level suite.
