Job Summary

Your responsibilities

  • Developing a testing strategy, governance, and framework together with the Workday service team. Ensuring coverage of integrated and non-integrated (RPA) solutions. Defining entry/exit criteria (go/no-go) for each testing stage, any separate payroll parallel strategies, testing resource and logistics plan, etc.
  • Setting up tools to handle test case creation and repositories for storage, and to manage test execution and reporting, i.e. tracking, defect capturing and resolution, retesting and sign-off.
  • Assisting the functional teams in test case creation, establishing test stage reporting process and provide testing metrics/status to project management and steering committee. Setting up an organization of global functional and local testing managers and testers to perform test cycles as required by Workday s deployment methodology.
  • Obtaining any Workday mandatory performance testing, ensuring auditable documentation of testing in the Fusion project context.
  • Ensuring audit compliance with Internal controls over financial reporting (ICoFR), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other regulations for access to and use of personal data (e.g. data scrambling in test environments) within ABB.
  • Developing and implementing the on-going testing strategy (i.e. post-go-live) ensuring efficiency, functional correctness and compliance, also considering automated testing of Workday s future software releases and changes incurred by ABB.
  • Building out the required internal setup in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) support team for testing and ensure knowledge transfer to enable ownership without consultants.

Your background

  • Graduate/post-graduate degree in Business Management, HR, Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of work experience and knowledge in several fields of HR IS (Human Capital Management Systems, HCM), HR Master Data, HR Business Processes in roles at large technological and industrial companies with complex organizations and multi-cultural management.
  • Experience with Workday is highly favorable.
  • Proven project management experience by having successfully led deployment projects of global scope ideally having been in charge the system testing and ideally in the HR domain with significant aspects of complex IT implementation, organizational transformation and ambitious value creation targets.
  • Extremely structured thinking and strong communication skills to organize a global community of testers and test managers towards common solutions and timelines for testing. Ability to structure and convey complex messages, urgency and insights into meaningful action plans.
