Manager Ppic Job in Abbott Laboratories

• Job Responsibilities :

• Handling supply planning at site for ~75 products & 180++ SKUs
• Raw and Packing Material Planning handled complex MRP output with 1000~1200 line items monthly basis.
• Supply planning cycle schedule adherence
• Release rough cut plan for M0 on 3rd working day of every month
• Declaration of non-delivery based on rough cut plan
• Release weekly frozen plan on every Friday
• Tracking of Plan v/s Actual based on weekly frozen plan
• Critical FG shortfall reporting Weekly to HO Planning along with delivery dates
• Release RM/PM shortage on 5th of every month along with PRs for M0
• Release RM/PM shortage on or before 10th of every month along with PRs for M1, M2 & M3.
• Sharing material shortage to Purchase team as per monthly and weekly plan and follow-up for the same
• Sharing bulky material (JIT) requirement with Purchase to control inventory on weekly basis
• Co-ordination with HO & Site purchase Team for critical deliveries
• Daily Release of process order to production based on requirement
• Follow-up with QC for release for RM & PM release
• Follow-up with QA/QC for release for FG
• Co-ordination with HO Planning team and Baddi Production team to manage daily, weekly, Monthly planning & ensure timely dispatches.
• Change management Regulatory compliance, Statutory compliance, pack changes, MRP changes etc.
• Distress inventory analysis

Skill Require :

• Must have 3 Recent Year Experience in SAP PP module and APO
• Good Knowledge in MS Excel (macros in excel)
• Good communication skills
• Good in Cross functional team engagement
• Capability to handle complexity of 180++ SKU`s

Minimum Education & Experience / Training Required :

• MBA/Post Graduate in Supply Chain Management / Operations Management from tier 1 or tier 2 college with 6 - 8 Year of relevant experience in Production Planning & Inventory control at a pharma manufacturing unit.
