Job Summary
AVP IT
Report to CIO
Team Size: 10 People
Responsibilities
Responsible for handling IT function
Developing IT strategy & integrating the business operations through IT network
Augmentation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure, Security and administration of IT
Ensuring efficiency and effective utilization of all IT resources.
IT workforce management, including sourcing, training and development of staff
Experience:
Good Exposure of ERP, IT system.
Can handle all IT operations related to software , Hardware and IT support function ( Trouble Shooting)
Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations
lead the IT team of the organization for effective and efficient implementation thereof.
Identifying and implementing best practices for optimizing infrastructure and operations costs
Improving system performance and ensuring service-level requirements are met
Should having good exposure of SAP impelmentation
The person should have the team handling experience
Can handle IT Administration
Responsible for developing, maintaining, modifying the software systems on various platforms
Developing manual systems and procedures, and improving the same by removing deficiencies in the systems and procedures.
Participating in the contracts negotiations with vendors
Preparation, review and consolidation of IT business plans and budgets.
Skills Required :

Qualification : B.Tech/B.E., MCA, MBA/PGDM
