Job Summary
The role will be responsible for Project Management in timely delivery of the Projects within the approved Cost, Quality and Time.
Manage and guide large project management team

Stake holder Management
Project development, Pre-concept feasibility studies.
Project Planning & Scheduling, Project delivery strategy and risk analysis
Value engineering analysis & facilitating inputs at all stages of Design & construction.
Design management, Design Co-ordination & Integration of structural, MEP & IT services in design
Relevant and total years of Experience:
Minimum of 25 years of Infrastructure projects (buildings, large power plants, large industrial plants with integrated township, SEZ, IT Parks, mixed use development, large commercial real estate projects) experience with at least one successfully completed project over Rs 1000 crores independently.
Should be familiar with project / construction management processes.
Well versed with Value Engineering analysis and facilitating inputs at all stages of Design & Construction.
Capable of managing projects independently and possess strong people skills and stakeholder management
