Manage to get statutory audits and Internal audits done from external auditors

Manage to get various processes documented and also get vetted from Internal auditors

Appoint, negotiate and finalise SLAs with key vendors

Participate in executions of various legal agreements

Coordinate with Offshore operations team and support processing from India

Synergies operations of Offshore team with that of India and have uniform processing standards for the whole enterprise.
