Job Summary Our client is the largest omnichannel beauty destination in India. They are on the path tobuild the general trade channel for their distribution business, for which they are scouting for anindividuallwho would be the business owner for this channel.

The ideal candidate should have:
  • Minimum 12 + years of experience with leading FMCG / Retail / Ecommerce / Beauty industry
  • MBA from reputed Institute will be strongly preferred
  • Experience of sale and distribution management and stakeholder management with present or prior organization(s)
  • Knowledge ofinternal and external variables to grow the reach/network and deliver sale
Key Responsibilities:
  • Will be responsible for setting up entire distribution channel and sales structure for General Trade
  • Requires to drive strategic projects and promotions to achieve business objectives
  • Will be responsible forforecasting, monitoring, understanding and reporting on the channel
  • Complete ownership of P&L in the organization with a focus on increasing distribution and market share
  • Ensure efficient adoption of all sales processes in line with our strategy, such as Information technology, capability building etc.
  • Work closely with all relevant internal stakeholders such as supply chain, fulfilment, brand management teams, training and content, analytics/BI to build and improve capabilities required for increasing and improving our performance in the GT channel
  • Work closely with brands to improve their availability and sales in participating stores and also grow the list of participating brands and SKUs
