Job Summary Job Description
  • Approach Banks, NBFCs for raising long-term Debt
  • Proposal along with the financial Projection and viability for the Banks & other agencies.
  • Execution of the loan agreements, Security Creation & ROC fillings.
  • Cash Flow Management, Daily Fund Management, Monitoring the Sales Collection & Utilization of fund in optimum manner.
  • Approach with the lenders for working capital requirements, CMA, Compliances.
  • Liaising with Credit Rating agencies for obtaining various credit ratings for the company.
  • Creation of Non-Fund working capital Limits. Establishing Letter of Credits/ Bank Guarantees. LC Bill discounting.
  • Investment of Surplus Fund in various instruments available in the market like Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds etc.
  • Preparing Stock and Debtors statement for drawing Power on monthly basis.
  • Treasury Audit and Treasury MIS. Accounting for Treasury related transactions
  • Financial viability and Due diligence of the New Projects.
  • Handling of all periodical MIS Reports, information for Audit Committee, Board Meetings and Monitoring of Interest and Finance charges.
