Reports:
Reports to Head Digital Business
Responsibilities
- Drive the installation drive for MediaScreen across the identified locations
- Coordinate with SCM team for localisation and smooth supply of the kit for installation
- Train the CEs / GLs on the installation process
- Support the installation process across India by resolving any potential issues
- Coordinate with warehouses for ensuring quick supply of kits and reach the required efficiency of
installation
Other responsibilities
- Monitor, track and drive the progress of the installations and resolve the potential issues
- Take responsibility of the ordering process and create processes for smooth operation at field
Key Challenges:
- The success of entire project is based on the speed of installation and as the project will be spread
across many cities, the coordination and time management will be a great challenge
Behaviors / Competency:
- Passionate about digitalization and the potential digital technology application
- Strong leadership skills, proactiveness and agility to drive time-bound projects.
- Possesses great communication skills, being able to communicate with different stakeholders and
build rapport in delivering digital ambition.
- Strong project management and strong hands-on execution skills
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles across elevator and escalator industry
Education:
? Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Business Administration.
? Post-graduation in Business Administration is preferred but not mandatory
