Job Summary
Key Job Responsibilities -

Support to Managing Director on Business Strategy, Planning, Analysis, Growth & Change Management, Budgeting, Valuation, MIS & Dashboards for decision making
The ideal candidate is articulate, forward-thinking with a demonstrated ability to proactively anticipate needs, analyze opportunities, and assess market forces impacting our organization's growth strategy
Maintain ongoing analysis of competitive landscape and industry trends. Develop strategic recommendations using intelligence to achieve & sustain market leadership
Support mid-to-long-term strategy and planning process
Be able to do sound Financial analysis and handle multiple Projects
Work in highly collaborative & cross-functional team environment
Develop strategic communications for internal and external audiences
Lead and participate in strategic initiatives spanning growth, go-to-market, and operational performance enhancement by directly scoping, initiating, planning, leading, and executing strategy projects
Be a strategic thought partner to help define the future of the company's position in the industry landscape through a deep understanding of the business & market trends
Be very tech savvy in terms of scouring all kinds of data sources, preparing dashboards
Prepare solid documents and presentations for Senior Management

Skills Required :

Qualification :
MBA/PGDM, B.Pharma, B.Tech/B.E.

Experience Required :

4 to 8 Years
