Job Summary

Job Description-Sales Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Product Management Aggressively promote IPM products and services, including new products and new applications to meet company product penetration plans in the region. Work with internal Application Engineers to develop plans to meet customer s technical requirements on large and/or complex projects. Work with customers, representatives and internal NOV personnel to identify and correct any issues with products, deliveries, warranties, or customer relationships.
  • Application Development Identify opportunities to grow our customer base in new or underserved markets to position IPM for growth.
  • Application Engineering Manage a team of application engineers using IPM mixer and pump design software to develop customer quotations. Mentor and prioritise the team to ensure revenue growth in the Indian and wider Asian and MENA market.
  • Product Development Learn all IPM products for developing solutions to sell to our customers. Train representatives on IPM products as needed.

Experience:

  • 4-6 years in Sales Management experience in a related field
  • Previous sales experience

Education:

  • Bachelors, degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred, or other technical discipline plus sales experience

  • Able to understand, evaluate and apply technical information in order to secure orders in line with the business strategy
  • Able to keep abreast of an evolving portfolio of products and services
  • Be quick to identify critical information and respond appropriately
