Manage team of 50-100 staff in development & Maintenance

To guide the team on Technical / Functional issues wherever required

Strong Development experience in Java /J2EE projects

Strong exposure to End to End to delivery within Financial Domain

Experience of handling large team size 50 to 100 staff

Hands on experience in Development / Maintenance and Support projects

Strong Experience of handling various stakeholders across multiple location worldwide

Strong Experience of offshoring

Good knowledge of CMMI / Lean Processes

Experience in Managing Budgets / Controls / MIS

Good exposure of Functional / Technical Knowledge

Dynamic, Proactive and Teamwork oriented

Flexible attitude, Ability to perform under pressure
