We re looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Intern to join our team and support the execution of paid marketing campaigns that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to improve targeting.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and prepare insightful reports.
  • Help manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and CTAs to identify the best-performing variations.
  • Support SEO and SEM efforts to complement paid campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset eager to contribute ideas for campaign strategies.
  • Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
