Job Description:

• Estimation of new projects/ products
• Define Project/ Product Architecture
• Review Project/ Product Architecture
• Review Project/ product Configuration management at DEV team level
• Suggest best practices/ common observation towards configuration management
• Audit project/ product Build notes
• Conduct Training Sessions/Knowledge Sharing Sessions
• Should be available to Tech Team and Project Delivery team members for resolving the technical issues being faced.
• Conduct Interviews/ new hiring s
• Ensure that Projects are delivered within the timelines with high quality code
• Contribute towards process development, implementation, monitoring and improvements
• Inter department co-ordination in term of technical consultancy
• Performance evaluation of the project/ product team
• Estimation Postmortem to understand the effectiveness
• Monitor & Maintain Development Metrics
• Will assist QC team on QC process areas
• Keep the team Motivated
• Should be available to Pre-Sale and Project Delivery team members for resolving the technical issues being faced.
• New & innovative ideas to contribute to organization skillset/ growth

Job Responsibilities:

• Review project/ product SOW
• DB Planning & Creation
• DB Review
• R&D on new/ critical tasks from a project/ product to support the development team
• Review common observations from Unit Testing and suggest preventive/ corrective action at DEV team level
• Conduct Configuration Management Audits
• Review observations from Project/ Product Code Review and suggest best practices at DEV team level
• Look into project/ product scalability, performance, usability & security and maintenance perspective
• Will assist QC team on writing test cases
• Conduct Induction and on-boarding training process
• Facilitate KT process
