Job description

  • Selling Required Solutions to Corporate Clients by assessing their business requirements.
  • Achieving Sales Targets through Acquisition of Clients and growing Business.
  • Generating leads and developing the database of qualified leads.
  • Email, prospecting, negotiating, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documents.
  • Building and managing strong relationships with customers (client retention).
  • Research on the current market analysis and Tap new clients through varied sources.
  • Lead management and Client Meetings
  • Engage with key clients and building long term client relationships to generate repeated business and referrals.
  • Candidate should have experience in Translation and Localization, B2B sales.


Key competencies/skills required:


  • Strong sales and business development background with a proven track record
  • Must have more than 2 years of work experience in translation/localization industry.
  • Strong & innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions
  • Strong MS Power Point and MS Excel knowledge
  • Experience in translation Industry is Mandatory.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams; Strong networking and inter- personal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, being a detail- oriented, organized, critical thinker
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to forge and maintain relationships
  • Strong business analysis, solution crafting, and presentation skills.
  • Should have an in depth knowledge of selling strategies, development of proposals, contracts, close plans and statements of work for professional services.


Shift timing : Day 10 am-7 pm


1st & 3rd Saturday Off, Fixed Sunday Off
