Job description
- Selling Required Solutions to Corporate Clients by assessing their business requirements.
- Achieving Sales Targets through Acquisition of Clients and growing Business.
- Generating leads and developing the database of qualified leads.
- Email, prospecting, negotiating, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documents.
- Building and managing strong relationships with customers (client retention).
- Research on the current market analysis and Tap new clients through varied sources.
- Lead management and Client Meetings
- Engage with key clients and building long term client relationships to generate repeated business and referrals.
- Candidate should have experience in Translation and Localization, B2B sales.
Key competencies/skills required:
- Strong sales and business development background with a proven track record
- Must have more than 2 years of work experience in translation/localization industry.
- Strong & innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions
- Strong MS Power Point and MS Excel knowledge
- Experience in translation Industry is Mandatory.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams; Strong networking and inter- personal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, being a detail- oriented, organized, critical thinker
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to forge and maintain relationships
- Strong business analysis, solution crafting, and presentation skills.
- Should have an in depth knowledge of selling strategies, development of proposals, contracts, close plans and statements of work for professional services.
Shift timing : Day 10 am-7 pm
1st & 3rd Saturday Off, Fixed Sunday Off
