Job description

Selling Required Solutions to Corporate Clients by assessing their business requirements.Achieving Sales Targets through Acquisition of Clients and growing Business.Generating leads and developing the database of qualified leads.Email, prospecting, negotiating, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documents.Building and managing strong relationships with customers (client retention).Research on the current market analysis and Tap new clients through varied sources.Lead management and Client MeetingsEngage with key clients and building long term client relationships to generate repeated business and referrals.Candidate should have experience in Translation and Localization, B2B sales.
Key competencies/skills required:
Strong sales and business development background with a proven track recordMust have more than 2 years of work experience in translation/localization industry.Strong & innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutionsStrong MS Power Point and MS Excel knowledgeExperience in translation Industry is Mandatory.Ability to work with cross functional teams; Strong networking and inter- personal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality, being a detail- oriented, organized, critical thinkerStrong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to forge and maintain relationshipsStrong business analysis, solution crafting, and presentation skills.Should have an in depth knowledge of selling strategies, development of proposals, contracts, close plans and statements of work for professional services.
