Lead Salesforce Architect
Location: Pune
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will work across multiple Salesforce clouds and integration platforms to architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Health Cloud.
- Leverage Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities to minimize custom development and optimize performance.
- Lead technical solutioning using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
- Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies.
- Define and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Gearset.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive code and architecture reviews to ensure alignment with industry best practices, performance, and security standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive platform strategy, roadmap development, and delivery execution.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including 3+ years in a Salesforce Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud; experience with Health Cloud is preferred.
- Strong development skills with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and a deep understanding of the Salesforce metadata model.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security models, sharing rules, automation tools, and platform limitations.
- Proven experience with MuleSoft and API-led integration architecture.
- Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and sandbox management within Salesforce ecosystems.
- Ability to lead architectural discussions and translate strategic business objectives into actionable technical designs.
