Job Summary Primarily responsible for overseeing both the technical and managerial aspects of IT infrastructure services provided by the organization. Your job is to plan, direct and design IT infrastructure for our customers while simultaneously managing the IT team responsible for maintaining that infrastructure. The candidate is required to interact with customers at CXO level for technical and commercial matters.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee operations of the IT Infrastructure team in assigned geography
  • Implement processes and procedures in service operations
  • Comply with SLA requirements for service support and service delivery
  • Achieve revenue targets for services billing and collection
  • Team management and attrition control
  • Customer Satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in IT/CSE/ECE or related field
  • 8-12 years of experience in managerial role
  • Technical skills
  • Windows Server/SQL Server/Active Directory
  • Linux Server platform
  • Hands-on experience on networks, network administration and installations
  • Intel Servers and Storage
  • Leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under stress

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience handling hosted infrastructure and cloud infrastructure
  • Exposure to security standards and frameworks
