About the Role
As part of Healthcare Claims Services, you will contribute to the seamless administration of health claims, ensuring efficient claim processing from registration to adjudication and payment. This role supports Payer Claims Processing, where you will leverage industry knowledge to receive, edit, price, adjudicate, and process claim payments, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process healthcare claims, including verification, evaluation, and adjudication.
- Solve routine issues by referring to established guidelines and precedents.
- Collaborate with your team and direct supervisor for daily tasks.
- Follow detailed instructions on assigned tasks with close supervision.
- Work as an individual contributor within a structured team environment.
- Be prepared to work in rotational shifts, if required.
