Job Summary Project Role Description: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance for both production and development systems and software products. This role includes supporting configured services running across various platforms, both remotely and onsite. You will implement technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas, handling L1 and L2 troubleshooting tasks. Your duties will include hardware and software support for specific software solutions, vendors, and brands. Key Skills: Must-Have Skills: Incident Management Experience Requirements: Minimum Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience required. Educational Qualification: Requirement: 15 years of full-time education. Summary: The Infra Tech Support Practitioner role involves providing technical support and maintaining systems and software products for both production and development environments. You will be responsible for configuring services on multiple platforms, implementing technology at the operating system level, and managing L1 and L2 troubleshooting for hardware/software issues. Roles & Responsibilities: Independently Perform Duties: Expected to work independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Team Participation: Actively engage in team discussions and contribute to solutions for work-related problems. Technical Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for production and development systems and software products. Service Configuration & Technology Implementation: Configure services across different platforms and implement technology at the OS level. Troubleshooting: Resolve L1 and L2 issues by troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Collaborative Problem Solving: Work with team members to resolve technical issues and assist in finding solutions to work-related problems. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Knowledge of operating systems and software solutions. Familiarity with hardware and software support. Additional Information: The candidate must have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Incident Management. A 15 years full-time education is a requirement for this position.
