Job Summary
- Manages the design process and coordinates all design disciplines, to insure that scheduling, cost, quality, aesthetics, and design functionality meet PDM expectations.
- With the PDM and DD, develops the design program to meet project parameters set by the PDM for size, cost, and functional efficiency.
- Assists PDM, DD, and Sr. VP/Director of Project Development in selection of project design consultants.
- With the DD and approval of the Sr. VP/Director of Project Development and PDM, negotiates architectural agreements and any other consultant agreements if not under direct contact with architect (i.e., civil engineers, interior designers, landscape architect, geotechnical engineer, and surveyor).
