Job Summary

Job Description: As an HR Analytics Specialist with 2 to 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in our HR team, leveraging data and technology to drive informed decision-making and enhance employee & the overall HR function experience. You will ideally have experience working with HRMS systems, preferably Darwinbox, and possess strong analytical and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Develop dashboards and reports using HRMS tools like Darwinbox to support HR decision-making. 2. Advanced Excel Skills: - Proficiency in Excel to work and analyse data efficiently. - Create and maintain complex spreadsheets for various HR metrics. 3. PowerPoint and Presentation Creation: - Develop engaging presentations for HR stakeholders, summarizing data and insights effectively. - Present HR analytics findings to leadership and HR teams. 4. Data Visualization: - Translate complex HR data into visual formats (charts, graphs, etc.) for easy understanding. 5. HR Metrics and KPIs: - Define and track key HR metrics and KPIs to monitor and improve HR performance. 6. Data Integrity: - Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRMS system. 7. Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation in HR analytics. 8. Collaboration: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights. 9. Employee Experience - Organize & Drive employee engagement initiatives. Requirements: - MBA in Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field. - 2 to 5 years of experience in HR analytics, preferably with hands-on experience in HRMS systems(preferably Darwinbox), good stake holder management. - Proficiency in MS Office - Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, presentation skills & ability to deliver on time. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Detail-oriented and a commitment to data accuracy. - Understanding of HR metrics and best practices.
