Job Summary

MISSION

Launch the Raffles brand in India and strengthen Accor's position as a leading luxury hotel operator.

Develop the marketing strategy in alignment to Sales strategy ensuring successful opening of the hotel with strong business forecast & maximizing revenue potential.

Works actively in the field of Public Relations, working with a local PR agency and international agencies.

Takes the lead in conceptualizing F&B projects, creation of Restaurant guidelines and launches of new venues to the hotel and local market.

Develop and maintain unique industry relationships with preferred vendors, consultants, media representatives

Provide customer intelligence in evaluating the Market and economic trends that may lead to changes in Marketing Strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Determine and develop Marketing Communication activities, in conjunction with Regional Marketing Communications.

PERSONALITY AND SKILLS

Representative of this Iconic Brand of Distinguished Hotels

Composed and confident in dealing with luxury guests from both India domestic and international origins

Impeccably groomed and strong leadership management

Possessing excellent communication skills, exceptional budgeting and finance skills and strong leadership qualities

Minimum 10 years leadership experience in luxury hospitality

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Prior pre-opening experience with a global luxury hotel of a similar positioning as Raffles.

Strong understanding of luxury hotel marketing, with an understanding of the Indian market and international luxury travel
