Skills
1. Effective written and verbal communication skills are necessary to accurately and articulately solve prospect s pain points surrounding manual accounting processes.
2. Fluency in English is required.
3. Tech-Savvy skills (Google Suite, multiple sales software tools). Ability to learn various softwares quickly and resourcefully.
4. General knowledge of accounting and finance usually acquired through related work experience or schooling is required.
5. Strong listening skills required
6. Strong interpersonal and partnering skills to develop working relationships with partners across operating business and support functions.
7. Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve processes.
8. Self motivator and ambition is highly desirable.

Essential Functions and Duties:
Researching the web for prospects that fit our target market and signal intent
Collecting data in a centralized location
Cold calling / cold emailing
Generating outbound campaigns, analyzing the success of those campaigns, and making adjustments to increase positive response rates.
Gathering and presenting information about prospects to team members
Assist team members in preparing for demos
Advise on establishing and improving sales processes
Host discovery calls with prospects worldwide
Ability to lead an SDR Team when the time comes
Work closely with the US Sales Team on PDT time zone

Qualifications
2 + years of sales or professional work experience
Salesforce and other outbound sales automation tool experience is preferred but not required
Strong interpersonal and team working skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to learn quickly and resourcefully
High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity
Genuine desire to work hard and progress rapidly in the startup/ software sales profession
Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn from mentors and peers
Ability to stay focused and motivated in high-stress situations
Openness to new challenges and pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone
