Job Description :

• • Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visit to solicit payment.
  • Duties include receiving payment and posting amount to customer s account.
  • Coordination with sales and service team to resolve customer issues holding back payments.
  • Collection of balance confirmations from customers as per credit policy.
  • Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
  • Persuade customers to reissue cheques against COD cheques that are beyond credit period
  • Communicating with lawyers and courts in case of litigation and represenintg the company in courts as authorised representative.
  • Creating customer credentials after General Information form approval, executing distribution/AMC agreement and setting up credit limits.
