Job Description :

• • Assists Production Manager in supervising and coordinating Finishing Line operations from input of raw master panel at sanding to the transfer of pack to Finished Goods.
  • Planning and organizing production schedules.
  • Overseeing production processes.
  • Re-negotiating timescales or schedules, as necessary.
  • Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
  • Recommend changes in workflow, operations, and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
