Job Summary
  • Will be responsible for managing the activities of a group focused on the research and/or development related to diagnostics market.
  • Develops technical strategies to address project requirements.
  • Defines all project tasks and works with reports to manage the work required to meet project milestones.
  • Oversees experimental designs to ensure they are appropriate.
  • Reviews data, protocols, and reports to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Analyzes associated lines of investigation and devises methods to resolve problems.
  • Actively collaborate with other R&D groups and functional areas to meet project requirements.
  • Maintains project documentation in accordance with internal and external requirements.
  • Represents the company in project and technology presentations to external groups.
  • Acts as R&D core team representative for complex projects.
  • Experience in Diagnostic Product Development.
  • Ability to draft and edit technical documents such as technical reports, and QC specifications.
  • Good understanding of Scientific Method experimental design and statistical analysis.
  • Ability to design both standard and factorial experiments appropriate for research.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and come to valid scientific conclusions.
  • Ability to give presentations on diverse topics to groups both internally and externally.

Qualification :
Masters and/or Ph.D in Life sciences or Chemistry/Biochemistry
Experience Required :

Minimum 5 Years
