Responsibilities

• Experience of 4-6 years in the International market for IT services & software solutions
• Should have experience of Team management
• MBA in IT or Marketing is desirable, but we are open for qualified candidates
• Prior experience of generating leads in US market.
• Should be able to support client acquisition activity
• Aggressive in approach & self-starter & self-motivated
• Should be able to connect with CXO level executives, give confidence and bring the lead for the second level discussions
• Should possess excellent communication & written skills
• A good storyteller: Confident and persuasive
• An excellent networker who should be able to effectively leverage different social & professional networking tools for networking
• Experience and understanding for selling IT services
• Thorough knowledge of IT sales cycle is a must
• Must have good exposure of outbound sales
• Understanding of Linked in, Bidding portal, Email marketing, cold calling is must
• Ability to work on monthly and quarterly sales targets is must
