Job Summary
- Recruiting, supervising, and assisting with the training of correctional officers, maintenance staff, cooks, health care professionals, and counselors.
- Ensuring all staff are familiar with the laws that govern prisoners and that they obey these laws as well as the rules of the prison at all times.
- Monitoring staff and addressing any performance issues and scheduling training sessions where required.
